Deanne Cowley, EdS, NCSP

Regional Coordinator


Deanne Cowley currently serves as a Regional Coordinator for the Florida Problem Solving/Response to Intervention (PS/RtI) Project. In this role, she provides technical assistance and training to school districts across Florida to support their implementation of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS).

With more than 20 years of experience in education, Deanne has held a variety of roles at both the school and district level, including school psychologist, school-based PS/RtI Coach, district-wide PS/RtI Coach, and Prevention Specialist, where she supported the implementation of the district mental health plan and served on the district threat assessment team. Prior to her current position, she also served as a Professional Learning and Coaching Specialist for the PS/RtI Project.

Deanne is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and earned her Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of South Florida.
